Condolences

My Uncle Jim thought he could boss me around. Yes, that Man really made me mad. who did he think he was?! As it turned out he was one of the kindest, warm-hearted men I have ever known. Although we were miles apart & not many hours spent in each others presencewhen we were together there was always a connectionI cant really put my finger on itbut, we both knew it was there. I will miss that mischievous twinkle in his eye and that special something we had together. I will smile when I think of that Man. I am so very thankful that he was part of my life!

Years ago, our youngest daughter called Jim "That Man," and it stuck. "That Man" would argue that Black was White until you were convinced that Black really was White! "That Man" cared for and adored his family - and Granny Dingle. "That Man" always lit up a room. "That Man" always made us laugh. "That Man" was, and always will be, VP Golf. "That Man" will be missed and loved forever.

My Uncle Jim: The man who teased me mercilessly; harassed my dates until they never returned; questioned Darci and me on our various teen-aged activities with head cocked, arms crossed, and that fantastic grin :"Just what are you two up to? No good, by the looks of it!" He was one of the kindest, most delightful people I have ever known. His smile will live on in my heart. Watch out angels, the fun meter in heaven is about to get turned up: Jim Forster's in town!
