Obituary

It is with great sadness that the family of Margaret Ann Clarke (nee Burns), affectionately known as Maggie, announces her passing on March 14, 2015 at the young age of 61.

Maggie will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 41 years, Phil Clarke; children, Natalie (Norm), Andrew, Stuart and Hayley and grandson, Zachary.

Maggie will also be fondly remembered by her 3 nephews, 5 nieces and their families. Maggie is predeceased by her sister Janet Myall, and her parents Lloyd and Rose Burns.

Maggie grew up in Winnipeg and attended high school at Balmoral Hall and then continued on to Queen's University in Toronto. Her life and career took her from Winnipeg through to Saskatoon and Calgary before ending up in Edmonton, working for Scotia bank since 1997.

We encourage all who knew and loved her to join us in celebrating Maggie's life.

Memorial Service to be held Friday, March 20th, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Foster and McGarvey Funeral Home; 4820 Meridian Street in Edmonton, Alberta (Meridian Street can only be accessed heading SOUTH on Hwy 216 (Anthony Henday); - the access is 1 km south of the Sherwood Park Freeway on Hwy 216).

Memorial donations may be made to the Edmonton Humane Society.
