Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Opa, and great-Opa, William (Bill) Boender on September 14, 2016 of Edmonton at the age of 88.
He is survived by his loving wife, Anna of almost 63 years, eight children: Edward (Grace), Randy (Betty), Rita (Alfred), William (Denise), Debby, Mary (Rick), Theresa, Shawna (Steven), 24 grandchildren: Janna, Erin, Tim, Ayleen, Danielle, Daylon, Robert, Michael, Crystal, Lisa, Marc, Sarah, Emily, Kyle, Colin, Graeme, Cameron, Alexandra, Rebecca, Samantha, Hope, Jade, Tristian, Trinity, and 19 great grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Ria Boender, Veronica Euverman, and Robert Boender as well as many nieces and nephews. William was predeceased by his mother, father, sister, and a great-grandson.
William had a great love for God, his family, and the farm life. He will be dearly missed by all.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 1:00 pm, Tuesday, September 20, 2016 at Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church, 492445 Rge Rd 250, Leduc, AB.
