Obituary
With sadness, the family of Rhoda Ellen Neill would like to announce her passing on Monday, December 5, 2016. We would like to thank the many kind friends and caregivers for their love and support. A private celebration of Rhoda�s Life will take place in North Battleford, Saskatchewan where she will be buried alongside her cherished husband, Sam. In the meantime, pass a wink and smile along to a loved one in memory of our mother, Rhoda.
