Obituary
On July 6, 2018, Alice Spang went to be with her Lord after a short but courageous battle with cancer. She will lovingly be remembered by her husband of 52 years, Gerald; children, Ken (Paula), Connie (Mario), Sherri (James), David (Terri), and 12 grandchildren. She will forever be remembered in the hearts of many family and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Ynze and Ann Hoogenberg and her brother, Dick Hoogenberg.
Alice was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend, leaving behind those she touched with many fond memories.
The family thanks the staff at Capital Care Norwood in Edmonton for their wonderful and compassionate care.
A visitation will be held on July 10 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at Foster McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011 � 114 Street NW, Edmonton. A private Graveside Service will be held on July 11, 2018 with a Memorial Service to follow at West Edmonton Christian Reformed Church, 10015 � 149 Street NW at 11:30 a.m.
