Obituary

Audrey was born and raised on a farm near Aylesbury, SK. She was the youngest of five children. This hard working and creative adventurer left home with only a few dollars in her pocket, hopped on a train and joined the Royal Canadian Air Force.

After marrying Merl, Audrey left for Germany with her two little girls and added a third daughter to the family during their stay. She returned to Canada and settled down for the next 10 years in CFB Cold Lake then in the 70s relocated to Fort Saskatchewan. Audrey will always be cherished for her love of the outdoors, home renovations, crafting and her love of helping others.

Audrey will be lovingly remembered by her three daughters, Janet Thomas, Diane (Rick) Goebel, and Colleen (Scott) Botchar; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; sister Margaret Fields; and sister-in-law Vera Buckingham; numerous relatives; and friends.

A Celebration of Audreys life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018, at Beverly Heights Community Hall, 4209-111 Ave NW, Edmonton, Alberta.
