Obituary
Gudrun braved a very courageous battle with cancer and passed away on February 24, 2019. Gudrun is predeceased by her daughter Virginia and her son Chris. Survived by her former husband, George Perdicaris, her daughter Jennifer (Perdicaris) Kennedy; son-in-law Sheldon Kennedy; and her four grandsons; Mark (Sarah), Jeffrey, Braydon and Jackson.
Gudrun was born in Duesseldorf, Germany in January of 1943. She worked in her family�s funeral business before coming to Canada in 1965.
Gudrun will always be known for her hospitality, friendly hello to neighbors and friends, and her unwavering love for her family.
The family would like to thank Dr. Soumi Sikder (Hawkstone Medical Clinic) and the work of station 43 Grey Nuns Palliative care nurses and doctors-you are a special team of caregivers!!
Following Gudrun�s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family gathering will be at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Unit 43, Grey Nuns Palliative Care.
