Obituary

June 8, 1933 July 27, 2020 Edmonton Born & A True Gentleman

With deep love and devotion Fergus heart stopped beating in the arms of his beloved wife, Barbara.

He will be forever missed by his wife, Barbara and her daughters, Trina (Gregg), Alisa (Greg),Pops to Barrett, Coen, Nicholas and Joshua. He gave us so much to be thankful for. His smile, laughter, patience and his kind forgiving ways. He enjoyed all family gatherings where he often shared his life stories. He enjoyed their home, pictures, flowers, their little yorkie, Addi Paddi and squirrel, Oxy.

Fergie retired after 48 years at Edmonton Motors. He enjoyed life at Pigeon Lake, motorhome travels and winters in Victoria and beyond. He appreciated all of natures glory in Alberta, especially the mountains. These experiences were all shared by Barbara and Addi Paddi. Precious memories that we will treasure and remember forever.

He was a life member of the Scottish Rite, Ivanhoe lodge # 142, a Shriner and past Grande Secretary of DeMolay.

He leaves a sister, Sharon and son, David.

He has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge for Addi Paddi, licks of love and will be with his parents, Fergus Sr., his Mother Doris and many loved ones.

The Lord will be saying Welcome Home then the Fergus Soul will rest in Heaven peacefully and pain free.

Donations may be made to the Mazankowski Heart Institute and to the Edmonton Humane Society.

In Loving Memory of
Fergus Emery "Fergie" Owens
