Obituary
It is with sadness, the family of Elizabeth Poty (nee Coleman) announce her passing on June 15, 2011 at the age of 91 years. Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Joyce (Gil) Chatry and Rose Marie Blakey; grandchildren, Brenda, Danny (Gina), Douglas, Michael and Randy (Laura); great grandchildren, Steven, Tyler, Rachel and Emmett; brothers, Gordon and Robert and family. She was predeceased by her husband, Laurent; four brothers and sisters. Heartfelt thank you to her friends at Holyrood Extendicare for their amazing care, kindness and compassion for the past 26 years. A Funeral Service will be held at Foster and McGarvey Funeral Home, 10011 � 114 Street, Edmonton, on Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. with Reverend Leonard Cadieux officiating. Interment to follow at St. Anthony Cemetery. In memory of Elizabeth, donations may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada, 9405 � 50 St., Edmonton, AB, T6B 2T4.
