Theo is survived by Truus, his wife of 56 years; children, Paul (Celina), Ina (Jan), Ted (Melanie), and Jack (Marnie); grandchildren, Erin (Caanan), Jennifer (Colby), Emily (Troy), Jillian, Tessa (Chris), Jori, Brenton, Ryan, Braden, Sarah, Theo, and Rosie; great-grandchildren, Alex and Olivia; brothers, Gerard and Cees; and sisters, Louise and Willy. He was predeceased by his father, Taeke; mother, Rinske; and his brother, Paul.
The Dykstra family wishes to extend their sincere appreciation to all the staff at the Youville Home who cared for Theo for the last four years.
