Obituary
On September 29, 2012, Ina Katharine Shultis passed away at the age of 88 years.
She is survived by her loving family, daughter, Pat (Brian) Faulkner; son, Ken (Deb) Shultis; six grandchildren, Jason, Jill (Sam), Jeff (Amy) Faulkner, Amanda (Joe) Fink, Sarah (Craig) Erickson and Blake Shultis; and one great granddaughter, Arianna Faulkner.
At Kay�s request cremation has taken place and no service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kay�s memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society (10531 Kingsway Ave, Edmonton, AB, T5H 4K1) or the Edmonton Humane Society (13620 -163 St NW, Edmonton, AB, T5V 0B2).
