Condolences

I have many fond memories of a very special uncle. I remember the good times that we had when we went to their home in Grande Prairie. I was amazed as a young teen to see my last name on the side of a huge building that was once Bryson International. Uncle Archie showed us around inside and out. I felt very small as I stood beside HUGE tractors and farm impliments. He gave my brothers and I each a red baseball cap with the Bryson International logo on it. All these years later, I still have that baseball cap. It is a treasure. Uncle Arch and Aunt Doreen have been visiting us each summer for the past few years. They had many people to see when they come to Ontario and so he must keep to his itinerary. My parents and I always made sure that our calendar was clear for the dates that he told us he was coming. We didn\'t want to miss seeing him. My favourite of these visits was when he came to our camp to see us in his huge motorhome. We had a few special days with them and Paul at Stayner Camp. You are missed and forever loved dear uncle. Love, Marilyn

Dear Doreen. I just heard of your loss. Although it has been a while since we have communicated, I still have fond memories of crafting at your place and meeting Arch on those occasions. Please accept my condolences. Judy Traynor

I will never forget the day Arch and myself joined the Shriners. One of the crazy things we had to do along with about a dozen other guys was to pull an old fire truck around the streets of Camrose with a long tow rope. Arch and myself were pulling at the front end of the rope. We laughed and had great fun and ever since I was endeared to Arch. Every time we met after that we reminisced about the fire truck. I will miss Arch very much for his friendship and his sense of humour and also for the times I visited Arch and Doreen in Arizona at the fish fry. He will be missed by his many friends especially in the Shriners. A great guy and a good friend. Deepest sympathies from Marion and myself Doreen. I will speak to you later on my return from Arizona. May God be with you all.

I was saddened to learn of Arch\'s passing. I met Arch through his many years as a Rotarian in St. Albert. He was an inspiration in his generosity and commitment to helping others. His family can take some comfort knowing that Arch\'s kindness helped a great many people.
