Obituary
URSULIAK, Tom On December 21, 2014, Tom passed away suddenly at the age of 89 years. Tom will be missed and lovingly remembered by two daughters, Carol (Steve), and Debbie (Bob); three sons, David (Teresa), Steven, and Wes (Pam); eight grandchildren, Susan, Joelle, Jessica, Desiree, Dustin, Trenton, Corey and Laura; two great grandchildren, Isabelle and Daia; extended family and friends. Tom was predeceased by his wife Catherine, parents John and Rose Ursuliak and by grandchild Damon O�Brien.
