Obituary
Clara �Clare� Botsford (formerly Langham, nee Ondrack) of Edmonton died of cancer at the Royal Alexandra Hospital on January 28, 2015 at the age of 91.
Clare was a committed social activist and a member of �SALT� for many years. She is survived by her daughter, Claire Langham of Creston, BC; her grandchildren, David Strom of Proctor, BC and Lorraine Czerwenka of Cranbrook, BC; her siblings, Jack Ondrack (Esther) of Spruce Grove, AB and Frances (Dwight) Heslep of Merida, Mexico; and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
Clare was predeceased by her husband, James S. Botsford (always �Jimmy� to Clare) and her siblings, Frank Ondrack, Helen Dean, Rosalyn Bjorn, Walter Ondrack and Tony Ondrack.
Clare will be interred beside her husband in a private ceremony in the Field of Honour at Beechmount Cemetery, Edmonton.
A Celebration of Clare�s Life will be held in the SAGE Room at the Seniors� Association of Greater Edmonton, 15 Sir Winston Churchill Square, on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.
