Obituary
It is with great sadness that our family announces the sudden passing of Sharon Lillian Lindsay (nee Vail) on December 8, 2015.
Sharon was born on May 19, 1945 in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Sharon leaves behind the love of her life and devoted husband of 51 years, Don and her loving children, Claire (Mark) and Warren (Cheryl). She was a proud grandmother to Steven and loving sister to Janet, Garry (Louise), Patricia and predeceased by her sister Brenda. She is survived and warmly remembered by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Sharon was beautiful and stylish yet humble and caring; she never hesitated to put the needs of others before her own. She had an elegance and creative flair that could be seen in her cooking, photography and all around her home. Sharon enjoyed puttering in the garden, catching a theatre production, shopping trips with her sister and an occasional round of golf but she was ultimately at her happiest sharing a glass of wine and some laughs with family. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
