Obituary
McMillan, Robert Bob was many things to many people: husband, father, grandfather (great), son, uncle, friend and co-worker. Always, Bob loved and was loved. His life journey began 89 years ago when Elizabeth and George McMillan embraced their only child. He shared love for 66 years with his bride, Estella. Together, they proudly raised the four �B� children: Brian (deceased), Bradley (Joan), Barbara (Joel) and Brent (Marilyn). Bob was happiest sharing dinners, playing crib, loudly cheering for Edmonton�s teams, and holidaying with family and friends. His eyes sparkled at the sight of his 7 grandchildren, especially when they laughed, rubbing his bald head. He was fulfilled pursuing numerous athletic pursuits, and tackling everyday tasks with perfection. His children still smile remembering his pristine lawn and garage. A �wee dram� of Highland Scotch was never refused, and brought forth fond memories of his Scottish relatives and heritage. Many stories were shared regarding his years as an X-Ray Technician at the Worker�s Compensation Board. Alzheimer�s touched Bob�s life 18 years ago; it was an honour to walk beside him during this stage of his journey. Bob�s legacy lives on in the hearts of his great- grandchildren. His family are forever grateful and blessed for his endless love.
