Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family of Iris Jane Aune announce her peaceful passing in Edmonton on Friday, July 26, 2019.
She will be dearly missed by her son, Bryan Aune (Joanne); daughter, Diane Smathers; granddaughter, Kimberly Smathers; grandson, Shaun Smathers (Erin); and great grandchildren: Wyatt, Quinley, Nolan & Sidney. Iris was pre-deceased by her husband, Arthur Aune; parents, Arthur & Martha Bryan; and sister, Vera Coey.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at St. Peter's Anglican Church, 11035-127 street NW, Edmonton, AB.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Iris� memory to the Canadian Diabetes Association or The Canadian Cancer Society.
