Obituary
On Friday, November 25, 2022, Bert went home to his heavenly Father at the age of 87.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 63 years, Ria; children, Hennie (Case) Schenk and John (Bonnie) Grimmon; son-in-law Harold Thys; nine grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; as well as numerous relatives and friends.
Bert was predeceased by his daughter, Joanne Thys (2021).
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Thursday, December 1, 2022, at Trinity Christian Reformed Church, 13427-57 St NW, Edmonton.
