Obituary
On January 13, 2012, Michael "Darryll" Chanasyk of Edmonton passed away at the age of 55 years.
Darryll is survived by his common law wife Teresa Francis and the three "children": Munch, Mouse, Leon; many dear friends: Al (Joanne) Darryl, Doug (Della), Terry (Stephanie) Shauna, Latisha, Bill (Shirley), Kevin, John and Jason Verhagen, Terry (Sharre), Louanne; as well as all of our neighbors.
A special thank you to the Doctors, nurses and support staff at the University of Alberta Kidney/Pancreas transplant unit; the clerks at the Wee Book Inn who assisted Darryll with his love of books; and the staff at the Westmount Home Depot.
Darryll was predeceased by his grandparents, parents and one brother.
At Darryll's request no formal service will be held at this time. A potluck barbecue will be held in the coming summer months.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation.
