Obituary
On Friday, October 18, 2013, Derald Willows of Edmonton passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the age of 86 years.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 61 years, Anne; their children, Laura (Jack), Doug (Barb), Colin and Jane (Gordon); eight grandsons, Mark, Steven (Catherine), Kenneth, Michael, Daniel, Matthew, Ian and Erin as well as two brothers, Colin (Ellen) and Sherman (Patricia). He is predeceased by his parents and one brother.
Derald spent 34 years working in the Edmonton Public School system as a teacher, principal, supervisor and director until his retirement in 1984. In his retirement he enjoyed years of volunteering at McKay Avenue Archives.
We would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Capital Care Strathcona for their wonderful care and compassion.
As per Derald�s wishes, there will be no services.
