Obituary
 
Aleida �Ellen� Halberg passed away surrounded by her children and their spouses, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was loved and cherished; she was the heartbeat of our family. She is survived by her children, Jim, Margaret (Ken Schweitzberg), Brian (Jenny) and Coreen Guerrero (Vicente). She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Robert, Christine (Brandon), Christopher (Katherine), Nick, Megan (Don), Aleida (Zac) and Laura (Curtis); as well as great grandchildren, Jessica (Dean), Paul and Lola. She is furthermore survived by her sister Willy Klom in Arnhem, Holland and her namesake niece, Lidy Thiele and family; as well as other members of her Dutch family. She was predeceased by her husband Fred and daughter Kathleen Matalski. There will be no Funeral, Memorial, or Celebration of Life as per her wishes. If you so desire, you may make a memorial donation to the charity of your choice.
