Obituary
 
On Tuesday, March 6, 2012, Gerald Macdonald of Edmonton passed away peacefully at the age of 83 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 56 years, Jennifer; four children, Ken (Luci), Keith (Wendy), Shelley (Leo) and Shauna (Mike); two grandchildren, Kent and Kapri; three sisters, Verla, Laura and Catherine as well as many nieces and nephews. Gerald was predeceased by his parents, Alex and Margaret Macdonald; three brothers, Walter, Delmar and Gordon; two sisters, Flora Nell, and Mary Alice as well as his grandson, Shaun. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 10, 2012 at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 12810-111 Avenue, Edmonton with interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, 14611-St. Albert Trail Edmonton. In lieu of flowers, charitable donations in Gerald�s memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation, 11227 Jasper Ave., Suite 202, Edmonton, AB T5K 0L5.
